Welcome to the Message Box! Here you will
find comments by our readers and visitors that we've received lately. We'll put the bad
ones up, too (as you'll see), but to be truthful, we just haven't gotten that many!
Feel free to tell us what you think.
Thanks a lot, and here we go!
Hi! I just wanted to be added to your list of fans of your
wonderful E-llusions newsletter. I get it at my office email
address so I have not had the time nor opportunity prior to this
to tell you I'm reading each one and passing them on to others.
Thank you for this service for all of us who are trying to improve
ourselves and our lives. I am a state licensed family educator and
do many classes and groups. As I stay uplifted, I can help uplift
others to have the "rock thrown in the water ripple
effect!" I enjoy your quotes, story selections, and your
personal comments. I'll sign off now and finally go to your
guestbook and sign in!
Nita
I just wanted to say THANK YOU for one of the few things I
never delete from my machine. You are both wise, magical beings
and I'm sending you lots of love.
Annie
...last night I got Issue #94 of E-llusions, and the spiritual
horoscope at the beginning of the issue...well, you were pretty
much talking to me. I bawled when I read it because it just is
exactly how I've been feeling...I wanted you to know how this
issue as well as others have touched me...it is a true inspiration
of hope, peace and love and I look forward to it every time. In
these confusing, dark times I've been having, it momentarily
brightens up my day and inspires me again to keep on going. So
thank you for what you have started, and I hope that the peace and
love you have found finds a way to live on forever even after you
are gone.
Jennifer
Once again! Sometimes it simply amazes me how and
where you find this material that reaches so deeply into ones soul
and "adds a piece of love" to our joyous, jagged hearts!
And it seems to come at just the right moment with just the right
message. And sometimes, as with this issue, it fills me up so
completely that the emotions overflow, and manifest into reality
in the form of salty drops of love slowly trickling down to greet
a thankful smile :-) Please continue to share the
"wealth" you seem so predisposed to discover!
William
Thanks for doing E-llusions. It soothes my soul
while engaging my mind. Please keep doing it.
Jan
E-llusions brings joy, peace, hope, and
challenges. I love it, and I have them all saved on my computer.
Keep up the good work.
Bill
The loving vibe that comes through your e-mails
and website makes a difference.
Genie
Dear MoonShadow Angels,
Just when I'm becoming involved in all the wrong details in life,
your newsletter arrives in my e-mail. My spirit is lifted high
every time I read it. I am reminded to slow down , and to open my
heart and mind to the wondrous creations all around me. It's a
gentle reminder without threats and cajoleries. I cannot
adequately express my appreciation for your efforts...
Sarah
WOW!!!! I loved this issue! You can be sure I'll put the
Houdini story in my file of "Great Stories to Share"!
Julaine
The site looks great - thanks for making the changes. It's the
first time I'm aware of anyone taking notice of a suggestion, let
alone doing something about it. You're a wonder.
Arabella
You guys do such good work. The people's lives you touch seem
to be so much more enhanced by your doing. Thank you for being in
my Universe...
don
You all are amazing! I am grateful to be in the circle. Thank
you for building the community by following your own dreams and
heart.
Elizabeth
Please keep up your good work; I look forward to every issue!
Bruce
You may not know how you touch the lives of
those who read this wonderful work, but your blessings are on
their way. I may have never met you in person, maybe I have, but
you are a very important part of my life. I look forward to these
issues and yearn for more each time I read the next. Thank you for
taking your time for us. God bless you and please take care.
Joni
I really love E-llusions and was so touched by Lance's tornado story,
it brought me to tears, so simply he shared his brush with mortality.
Mary
Thank you so much for the wonderful story on Claude
Anderson. I am sitting here with tears in my eyes and a smile on my
face thinking that my life is richer because of what you have shared. I
also went to the page where I could see his work and his picture. I feel I
know him a little bit and my heart is warmed. Thank you so very much for
your work. You are truly a gifted writer as much so as he must have been
with his life and his art.
Debbie
Keep up the inspiring communication! I have quit my job to pursue my
dreams (more family time and a career promoting solar energy) partly due
to E-llusions! Thanks!
Geoffrey
John and Lance - I add my thanks for your thoughtful and inspirational
messages. I continue to pass them on.
Gratefully - Skye
Lance, this is great. The "Awakening"
story really hits the mark of my life. I'm awakening. Thank you for
printing it.
Love you, Jan
I just read my first "installment" of E-llusions and I
thoroughly enjoyed it!!! Very uplifting. I got your website addy from a
member's post in BODYMIND (group/club in Yahoo). Thanx again for
"making my day," and I can't wait for the next one! Will
DEFINITELY be going through your previous issues!
Sonya
Just a note to say thanks - always good things to read ... always
appreciated...
Arabella
Hey hey
I'm loving the website, especially the dialogue Illusions "Comprehension
by Crucible" piece. Well done!
I have to say that I'm concerned about the lack of a link to the
Natural Capital website. Its a great resource for the work of Paul Hawken,
who is at the forefront of showing us how to be leavers who build
skyscrapers and play with computers. Check it out at www.naturalcapitalism.com...
and read the book if you haven't already.
Cheers!
Phil
I love the new MShadow.com with the daily updates! Thanks
for that.
Mike
Just to say how much I love having you drop into my life in this form.
I think of you both often and always with such good feelings. Thanks for
gift of your love. As Gandhi once said "Be the change you want to see
in the world"...and so you are.
Annie
Just went back and looked at an earlier
issue (#61) and found much to enjoy. Thank you for what you do! Wish I had
been receiving this for the last year - it surely would have helped me
through some trying times. I've forwarded the most recent issue to friends -
hope they subscribe - please, please keep up the work you do. It helps to
read and reflect on the wise words you share.
Susan
Your website is total fucking trash.
Simon
hi guys!
my sister just put me on the subscription list for your
magazine, and i just got done reading #36...all i could think of throughout the time i
spent with the snippets, your introduction/welcome passages, the stories was how intensely
heartfelt and truly inspiring your thoughts and journal are...i feel blessed in this
season, and many others to come, to be a part of this magical community...
and for all of this, i thank you...
ariel
What a gift you are to this planet (and to
me)! Thank you for giving your gifts in such a powerFull, wonderFull, magical way! The
Love that you are comes through loud and clear and I am blessed! Thank you for YOU!
Julaine
I enjoy your communications just
the way they are. I find them to be a valuable source of quotes (I do give
you credit for them) which I can refer to with my clients (I'm a
psychotherapist, just finishing my studies here in Chicago). And I save
all your writings to disc, because I know I will need to refer to them
again and again. And you know what? I enjoy them for myself, too. So
please do not change a thing. And thank you very much for your wonderful
gift of E-llusions.
Ramona
I just had to respond... I've been reading
E-llusions for quite some time now. Always, I find myself thinking "Yes" or
"Oh, I like that" or something of that nature, but never have I been moved quite
so much to write. For some reason this issue (#38)
has really affected me. Particularly the
article by Perry Lanyard and "The Only Bible Some Will Ever Read." How true, how
totally true both of these are. Thank you so much for providing such an uplifting work!
Marian
thanks for a delightful and
thought-provoking newsletter.
patrick
I want you to know this even before I get
into the guts of what you guys have sent me this week: I appreciate your dedication and
your thoughtful (as opposed to naive) optimism. It does my heart good to know, during a
particularly difficult time in my life, that two such souls inhabit this earth. I wish we
could have a cuppa tea together some time.
Thank you so much,
Kristy
You guys are both absolutely wonderful. I
am very grateful I find myself in your sphere... your brilliance, wisdom, generosity,
kindness, humor, vulnerability, reverence for life and willingness inspire and delight me
each time I read your offerings. Thank you very much.
Katy
Clear and crisp. Easy to read and to find
the parts one would choose to read. I love the way you are in constant change and
transformation. That is as it should be in a world of constant change. Keep up the good
work.
You two are true gifts of love in this Universe.
Love...don
I appreciate your musings &
ramblings...the quotes & inspirational stories...and mostly the synchronistic meanings
that come through just when I need them. I always save your message for when I have time
to really sink into the words. And the love & compassion that comes through your
e-letter is spreading in more ways than you or I can probably imagine. Even though I don't
often go to the bulletin board or other parts of this network of sharing, I still tap into
that energy through your bi-weekly message. And it's nice to know that you are there,
keeping the faith and spreading love in this way.
Linda
I enjoyed reading the recent issue of E-llusions. Great
quotes and interesting writing. I forwarded my copy to several friends who I thought would
appreciate what you are doing...Thanks for sharing your talents with the rest of us.
Looking forward to more and to logging in a comment or two now and then to "Ponder
This."
Terri
I am very impressed with the content of
your e-mail letter. It was a wonderful reminder of what is truly real, during a day that
was otherwise distracted by business that only appeared to be important.
Blessings on you all!
Chuck
I am very thankful for having E-llusions to read and
share with. On some of those "foggier days" it always reminds me that some of
our "trials" are really ADVENTURES...thanks to E-llusions for all that they do.
Debbie
Thanks so much for the e-mails!! I can't stop reading (and smiling:-)). I feel
like I am being watered.
Wendi
Thank you so much for the beautiful inspirational stories and
everyday quotes. These truly are the recipes for all of our lives, to not only keep us
humble, but make all of us appreciate the good in everyone and in our own lives. I loved
the joke about the lottery ticket, it hit home in more ways than you know. The timing was
perfect for the one regarding how we should treat our loved ones while they are alive. My
Grandfather passed away on Saturday, and mother was blessed to have seen him the previous
Thursday. She sat with him, told him how much she loved him, and felt at peace when she
left his side. That meant so much to her. These stories made my day... I will send them to
my friends, so that they can enjoy them also.
Shari
Thank you so very much for the
totally uplifting messages! You are really touching my spirit and make me
want to savor every moment of this beautiful day that God has gifted to me.
Please keep up the good work! Many, many
thanks again.
Kathlyn
Keep up the good work! E-llusions always seemed
to come at a time when I was too busy to read them, but I always did anyway they
made me realize when I was putting my energies into the wrong things. Thank you
so much for the inspiration.
Christy
E-llusions is consistently the best newsletter that I get.
Thanks,
Dale
